Are you looking to make a charcuterie board for your valentine, galentine, or palentine? You’ve come to the right place! Today we’re making a board with Trader Joe’s ingredients for under $30.
Here’s the lineup:

Cheeses: Marin French Petite Breakfast Brie, Trader Joe’s Chevre Honey Goat’s Milk Cheese, Trader Joe’s Organic Pepper Jack Cheese with Jalapeño Peppers
Meats: Colombus Salami, Prosciutto
Crackers: Three Seed Beet Crackers (Gluten Free), Raisin Rosemary Crisps
Fillers: Strawberries, Strawberry Jelly or Jam, Jelly Bean Hearts or Other Red Candy
If you want fun Valentine’s Day themed candy or containers for your board, I highly recommend checking out the Dollar Tree. They always have great holiday-themed accessories.
When I build a charcuterie board, I always start by placing the larger pieces on the board and filling in the spaces with remaining ingredients. For example, on this board I planned to fill silicone heart containers with jelly and jelly beans, so I set those onto the board. Then I added the large cheese and a salami rose.

Once you set up your large pieces, you can start to get creative!

If you don’t like the placement of the fillers, feel free to move them around.

And voila, she’s ready!
