In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
Add in quick oats and protein powder and mix well until everything is fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips if you desire.
Roll into 10-12 small balls and lightly flatten them into a cookie shape.
Place the cookies in a single layer on your air fryer tray and cook at 360° F or 182° C for 8 mins.
Top with flaky salt if you'd like and enjoy!
