3 Ingredient Air-Fried Protein Cookies

  • Foil
  • Mixng bowl
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 3 Large, ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Quick oats (sub rolled oats if needed)
  • 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder (I used Ataq Fuel vegan protein powder)
  • Chocolate chips (optional)
  • Flaky salt (optional topping)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Add in quick oats and protein powder and mix well until everything is fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips if you desire.
  • Roll into 10-12 small balls and lightly flatten them into a cookie shape.
  • Place the cookies in a single layer on your air fryer tray and cook at 360° F or 182° C for 8 mins.
  • Top with flaky salt if you'd like and enjoy!
