Air-Fried Marinated Salmon Bowls

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon filet cubed into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp miso paste dilute with 4-5 tsp warm water
  • 3 tbsp yuzu sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt salt lightly due to saltiness of miso
  • neutral cooking spray

Instructions

  • Cut salmon filet into bite sized cubes and put it into a bowl.
  • Add miso paste, yuzu sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Let sit and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  • Once marinated, spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and place salmon bites into a single layer.
  • Spray the tops of the salmon pieces with a bit of cooking oil and air fry at 390F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve over rice and with a side of fresh veggies!
