Crispy Air Fried Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 15 oz Chickpeas 1 can
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or cooking oil of choice)
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Red Chili Flakes optional
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  • Take chickpeas out of the can, drain, and rinse well.
  • Dry well with a paper towel.
  • Add them to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Add seasonings and mix well until chickpeas are evenly coated.
  • Put them into the air fryer at 380F for 10-12 mins, mixing halfway.
  • Serve on top of salad, rice, in a Buddha bowl, or eat them plain!

Notes

Taste chickpeas after seasoning to adjust to your taste.
