Easy Homemade Moka Pot Affogatos
The perfect afternoon dessert and pick-me-up all in one!
Equipment
- Moka pot or alternative coffee maker
- Ice cream scoop
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 2 shots Espresso (sub 1 cup of coffee)
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Brew espresso using a moka pot on your stovetop or use an alternative coffee machine.
- Add 2 scoops (or more) of ice cream to your favorite fancy glass.
- Carefully pour fresh, hot coffee over it, and top with some chocolate shavings and flaky salt.
Notes
Sub vanilla ice cream for any preferred flavor.
Use regular coffee if you don't have an espresso maker.
