High Protein Tuna & Crackers

Ingredients

Tune Salad Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna
  • 1/4 Purple Onion
  • 3 Pickles
  • 2 Tomatoes or 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Dill

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Coarse Dijon Mustard sub creamy dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Medium Lemon
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder sub minced garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Hot Sauce optional

Instructions

  • Drain canned tuna and place it into a bowl.
  • Finely chop the purple onion, pickles, tomatoes, and dill. Add chopped vegetables to the bowl of tuna and mix.
  • Add all dressing ingredients to a separate bowl and whisk together well. Once combined, add dressing to tuna salad.
  • Mix tuna salad really well, adjust seasonings as needed, and serve with your favorite crackers.

Notes

Omit hot sauce if you don't like it. Sub mayonnaise with greek yogurt or omit completely if you don't like it.
