Olive oil or toasted sesame oil(finishing drizzle)

Instructions
Over medium heat, combine oat bran with 1.5 cups of water and a pinch of salt in a small pot. Stir often.
Once it starts bubbling and thickening keep stirring and cook for 2 mins before taking it off of the heat. If it gets too thick, add water little by little until desired consistency.
While the oat bran is cooking, combine 2-3 tsp of miso paste with 1/4 cup of hot water and whisk together until miso dissolves. Mix it into the oat bran once it finishes cooking.
Plate in two of your favorite bowls and top with desired toppings! Drizzle with olive or toasted sesame oil to finish it off.
