Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and adjust seasonings as needed!
For best results, let marinate for 20-30 mins in the fridge.
Notes
Add more red wine vinegar if you prefer a tangier salad! Substitute chopped walnuts if you don't have pine nuts on hand.
