Medjool dates

Oatmeal
or oat flour

Vanilla extract

Sea salt

Almond milk
or other milk of choice

Walnuts

Birthday cake sprinkles
Instructions
Place dates in a bowl and submerge in hot water. Soak for 3-5 minutes.
Put all of the ingredients except for the sprinkles into a food processor and mix until everything is combined into a doughy consistency.
Turn the food processor off and take out the blade to fold in the sprinkles. Measure with your heart!
Roll the dough into about 10-12 balls and top with more sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 15-20 mins and enjoy!
Notes
These can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for about 2 weeks! The batter can also be eaten right away since it is vegan.
