Looking for a quick and healthy side dish that packs a punch of flavor? Look no further than this air fried sweet potato appetizer! Perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these sweet potatoes are seasoned to perfection and ready in a few minutes.
I LOVE sweet potatoes, but they aren’t given much recognition in the appetizer world unless they’re in fry form. Today, we’re changing that and making sumac roasted sweet potatoes with a creamy, crunchy peanut sauce. Yes, they taste as good as they sound.
They’re so easy to make, and you can get practically an entire episode of Bridgerton in while they roast. Plate them with pine nuts and fresh herbs and you’ll have your dinner party guests falling out of their seats.
