Ingredients
- 12 eggs hardboiled and peeled
- 3 tbsp dill relish if using sweet relish, don’t add brown sugar
- 1 tsp brown sugar omit if using sweet relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp smooth dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried or fresh dill finely chopped
- jalapeño optional garnish
- extra dill optional garnish
Instructions
- Slice peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Gently remove yolks and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, dijon, and relish. Mash until smooth.
- Stir in dried or fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place the filling in a piping bag or a Ziploc with a piping tip, and pipe carefully into the egg white halves. You can also scoop the filling into the egg with a spoon.
